Reworkable Plastic Bonding Adhesive for Electronics Devices

3M Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 is now available at Strouse. The high performance, urethane bonding adhesive is designed for electronics applications that may potentially require rework due to design changes or recovery of high-value components.

3M 2665 is ideal for bonding plastics as it can be dispensed in controlled thicknesses for high-strength and thin bond lines. The long open times enable a customizable assembly process and once the material cures it acts as a sealant for moisture, water, and dust.
