Flexo Printing

Precise labeling and instructions

Print Quality Die Cut Parts

When precision die cutting is combined with custom-printed tape, the resulting parts and labels fit seamlessly with a product’s design.

Strouse provides 4-color flexographic printed tape to customers in many formats: a roll of tape, parts die cut on a roll with the waste removed, sheeted parts, or as individual pieces. For difficult substrates, or to withstand special conditions, our engineers perform testing to find the best material and ink.

Custom Printed Tape

Whether it’s your logo, product instructions, or labeling, we laminate and print on materials and provide them in a format that fits your assembly process.

Our customers use custom-printed tape for branding and to help consumers understand how to use their products. Some products require a certain process to be followed for proper use. Liners may need to be removed in a specific order, and we can print pictograms on these liners to help consumers identify what steps are next in the process.

Die Cut Printing

Printing critical information on a label is important, but it's equally important that the label fits properly on your packaging or product. With a converter's help, you can create custom-sized and shaped parts with printed text and/or images for your product application.

Strouse incorporates printing methods into the die cutting process to create custom-shaped identification labels, tamper-proof labels, and printed process instructions for consumer products.
