Strouse to Exhibit Wound Care Product Manufacturing at SAWC Spring

Posted by Sue Chambers Mar 11, 2019 7:45:00 AM

Strouse, a 3M Supplier of the Year and leading manufacturer of converted adhesive solutions, will be attending and exhibiting at the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care Spring (SAWC) meeting in San Antonio, Texas. The symposium, in its 32nd year, takes place May 7-11th and brings together leading industry professionals in wound care from physicians, nurses, researchers, and scientists to improve patient outcomes through education.

Strouse will be exhibiting at booth #362 at this year's SAWC Spring, which takes place at the Henry B. González Convention Center. Our engineering and sales team will be available to discuss wound care solutions and manufacturing challenges that organizations are facing with their products.

As a 3M Preferred Converter of 3M Medical Materials and Technologies, we work with the most advanced medical adhesives aimed to improve patient outcomes and experience. Strouse converts large format adhesives into usable components for devices and can provide the assembly and packaging for devices serving as a full service converter.

We've also recently partnered with AccuPlace, a leader in adhesive component assembly, to help manufacturers automate their assembly processes. As regulations and standards in wound care manufacturing continue to grow, AccuPlace’s automated placement machinery helps organizations achieve extreme accuracy and repeatability as well as improve the speed in the placement of adhesive components. No longer will customers need to bring together an adhesive converter, an automation equipment vendor, and manage the relationships through the entire process to effectively scale manufacturing efforts. Strouse’s expertise in design and manufacturing coupled with AccuPlace technology introduces a cohesive experience for customers to source parts and equipment from the same vendor where all parties are involved in the design and manufacture of solutions from the onset. This synergy streamlines development and increases speed to market.

If you'll be at SAWC Spring be sure to stop by and see us at our booth!
