Strouse, a 3M Supplier of the Year and leading manufacturer of converted adhesive solutions, will be attending and exhibiting at Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) West 2019 in Anaheim, California. The expo takes place February 5-7th and is the world’s largest annual med-tech event.

Strouse will be exhibiting at booth #3283 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Our engineering and sales team will be available to discuss application challenges that you are facing with your medical device projects. We work on a wide range of projects, from concepts drawn on a napkin sketch to prototypes and existing products or processes that you are trying to improve upon.

“MD&M West brings together the brightest minds in the med-tech industry,” says Sue Chambers, President and CEO at Strouse. “It’s always a fascinating event, to see first-hand the groundbreaking products and technologies in the medical field. As a 3M Preferred Converter, and an ISO 13485 registered manufacturer, we are well positioned to help organizations from start-ups to Fortune 50 manufacturers overcome the challenges they are facing in the manufacture of medical devices and other products.”

Strouse has recently partnered with AccuPlace, a leader in adhesive component assembly, to help manufacturers automate their assembly processes. As regulations and standards in the medical device industry continue to grow, AccuPlace’s automated placement machinery helps manufacturers achieve extreme accuracy and repeatability as well as improve the speed in the placement of adhesive components. No longer will customers need to bring together an adhesive converter, an automation equipment vendor, and manage the relationships through the entire process to effectively scale manufacturing efforts. Strouse’s expertise in design and manufacturing coupled with AccuPlace technology introduces a cohesive experience for customers to source parts and equipment from the same vendor where all parties are involved in the design and manufacture of solutions from the onset. This synergy streamlines development and increases speed to market.
