Our engineering staff assists with the design and material selection appropriate to the ultimate use of a project. Strouse creates production quality parts without the costs and material associated with tooling and set-up.
As an example, the epoxy dam of a Dewalt battery modul. Strouse and Black & Decker's design engineers 
created a successful prototype within 30 minutes, going through four design changes. With a tolerance of ± .005", this tabbed VHB die-cut was produced for rapid placement and precise alignment (without contacting adhesive during application). Strouse will also work with suppliers to develop raw materials and equipment manufacturers to assure compatability of design.
